
A comprehensive clinical assessment is completed during sessions 1-3. In rare situations, clients may be referred to another specialist, in order to better meet his/her counseling needs.
This counseling group is a safe, nurturing place to learn and grow. The overall goal is empowerment and to remove barriers blocking you from success in relationships and work. This counseling group is a safe, nurturing place to learn and grow. The overall goal is empowerment and to remove barriers blocking you from success in relationships and work. Several topics include: Codependency; Improving communication; Healing from trauma; Grief/ loss and Releasing clutter - both mental and physical. Emotional Clutter is defined as insecurities; resentments; and guilt. Physical Clutter is just hanging on to too much stuff. Clean out your closet and clear your mind.

For 20 years, she has operated at the top of her license with a supervisor status. Prior to opening her practice in 2015, she served in several Clinical Director positions within the DFW area. She has been selected to speak as a subject-matter expert on addiction. She also has published newspaper articles relating to addiction, relationships, Alzheimer's, and women. Sadly, her dog (Lucas), a Great Pyrenees Mix, passed away in 2023. Another rescue (Daisy Lou) is now her fur baby. (She is a Jack Russell Terrier.)

Individual Sessions: 50 minutes -$125.
Couple' Counseling only facilitated in 1 hour and 20 minute session. Fee -$175.
Groups: $85 (1.5 hours per session)
Intake (Individual) Session: $85, and Group #1 is free!
Group #2 and beyond: $85 each.
Insurance Accepted: Aetna
No out of network coverage.

Confidentiality
Clients can expect all information regarding their treatment to remain confidential except for legal or ethical requirements.
Confidentiality and Minors
It is important to maintain a certain level of confidentiality, even with minor children under the age of 18, in order to establish a positive rapport. However, immediate safety concerns are an exception to privacy and confidentiality. Confidentiality between the clinician and child will be addressed prior to treatment.
