This group is a safe, nurturing place to learn and grow. The overall goal is empowerment and to remove barriers blocking you from being successful in relationships and work. Several topics include: Improving communication; Healing from trauma; and Releasing clutter - both mental and physical. Emotional Clutter is defined as insecurities;
This group is a safe, nurturing place to learn and grow. The overall goal is empowerment and to remove barriers blocking you from being successful in relationships and work. Several topics include: Improving communication; Healing from trauma; and Releasing clutter - both mental and physical. Emotional Clutter is defined as insecurities; resentments; and guilt. Physical Clutter is just hanging on to too much stuff. Learn to simplify and to savor your life.

Sandra Bruce is the small business owner of Clarity Counseling Center of Ellis County, INC. She is a seasoned clinician with over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor. For 20 years, she has operated at the top of her license with a supervisor status. Prior to opening her practice in 2015, she served in several Clin
Sandra Bruce is the small business owner of Clarity Counseling Center of Ellis County, INC. She is a seasoned clinician with over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor. For 20 years, she has operated at the top of her license with a supervisor status. Prior to opening her practice in 2015, she served in several Clinical Director positions within the DFW area. She has been selected to speak as a subject-matter expert on addiction. She also has published newspaper articles relating to addiction, relationships, Alzheimer's, and women. Sadly, her dog (Lucas), a Great Pyrenees Mix, passed away in 2023. Another rescue (Daisy Lou) is now her fur baby. (She is a Jack Russell Terrier.)

Individual Sessions: 60 minutes -$125.
Couple' Counseling only facilitated in 1.5 hour session. Fee -$175.
Groups - $85 (1.5 hours per session)
Intake (Individual) Session: $85, and no cost for Group #1.
Group #2 and beyond: $85 each.

How to Prepare for a Telehealth appointment
- At time of your session, you will receive an email link to log-on to secure, HIPPA compliant platform.
- Identify a suitable room that is quiet, private, and free of distractions.
- Keep background noise to minimum: close doors, shut windows, turn off the television, and place pets in another room.
- Consider hanging a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door to avoid interruptions.
